Payment is taken in full at time of booking. Whether a group booking or an individual booking £20 per persons payment is a non refundable deposit if you cancel your workshop, but I may be able to transfer it to a new date in you contact me to rebook at time of cancelling. If I cancel a workshop you will be refunded in full. Any dropouts on a group booking still loose the deposit but you're welcome to fill that place with a new person, in which case the deposit will not be lost but any changes like that (and payments to do with changes) are sorted out by yourselves without my involvement. If you cancel a workshop or individual place on a group booking less than 10 days before then no refund will be issued, but if you rebook at the time of cancellation I may be able to transfer your payment.
