During the development of the building project up to the building permit we will involve you more or less, depending on your interest, or we will inform you regularly according to an agreed reporting system. During the subsequent construction phase, we will take over the entire financial and construction controlling for you. We will take over the sale or the first renting with our partners and then hand over the final account of the whole construction to you for control.
