We hire people based on the skills and attributes required for the role; we don’t narrow our search by inconsequential criteria such as gender, ethnicity, or religion. This helps ensure that we have the best staff. Once we recruit our staff, we retain them. We achieve this through providing a happy and supportive workplace, and by giving them interesting and challenging work. We have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying and harassment. The open-door policy adopted by management ensures this is upheld. Our customers We believe in providing quality for our customers, at a fair price. We are upfront with our customers about the potential costs of a given solution or product – there is no small print, and no surprises. Once we commit to a project, our staff give all of their energy and focus to ensure that it is a success. Our environment Some of the initiatives we implement to reduce our impact on the environment include: Recycling – our offices recycle paper and containers Reduced travel through use of phone and video conferencing, wherever appropriate Reduced paper consumption – we operate a ‘think before you print’ policy' Reduced power consumption – where possible, computers and laptops are switched off at night, as is office lighting. Our society We support local and global charities, and we encourage our employees to do the same through a variety of means, including team participation in fundraising events.
