We have a brilliant client process starting with an initial call to prospect our recruitment services and how we work. Once terms of business is signed we look to arrange a more in depth call with the client to gain a real understanding of the role. Once this has been completed we then advertise the roll on various platforms such as Indeed, CV Library, LinkedIn and others. We have invested into LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and our own Bespoke CRM to monitor candidates who are open to work in certain areas. When it comes to the candidate side we have a 3 step screening process. This includes an initial call with the candidate going through their CV and the timeline, a further interview with the candidate to determine their aptitude for the role and then a call to discuss potential interview dates if they are successful We aim to provide credible candidates within the first 3/4 working days from TOB being signed, providing an in depth write up of the candidates experience and personality traits against the requirements of the job.
