ZR Consultants (ZRC) are an SME that have successfully delivered large scale project for 20 years, for blue chip clients all over Europe. Competing with much larger companies, we have delivered a vast number of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and Internal Risk and Controls transformation projects with incredible results for our clients as well as providing them with a highly efficient and cost efficient service. ZRC has grown rapidly, which was recognised by us being the finalists in the MSDUK High Growth Awards 2022, and we continue to grow. Our SOX/Internal Controls deliverables have varied from client to client and have included deliverables such as: • Programme / Project managing the E2E deliverables including all third-party suppliers. • Designing E2E processes including the production of comprehensive RACM’s (Risk and Control matrixes), process narratives and process flows • Carrying out Design effectiveness and operational effectiveness testing • Addressing the cultural challenges and working closely with Process owners, Control owners and control operators • Production of IUC/IPE/EUC libraries and carrying out testing on custom and standard reports. • Managing the relationship with External Auditors to ensure an efficient sign off. • Remediating a significant number of deficiencies and ensuring robust future processes are implemented. ZRC have also delivered one of the largest SAP/S4 HANA Risk & Control implementation projects at BT as well as providing SOX support for clients such as Booking.com. Our SOX/Internal controls, subject matter experts specialise across both Financial and IT processes and controls.
