We are avid supporters of remotely monitored and managed installations, however, we do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Through our curated distributor partners, we support the manufacturer’s warranty on all products installed. From an installation point of view, we are busy working on a service and maintenance product, which we aim to launch in January 2023. Our main goal is to enhance the customer experience and service levels in this industry, and ultimately become a trusted name in the industry across the board. We love to do what we do best, which is QC, Customer Relationship Management, Deal Process facilitation, After Service, Support and Maintenance. Fundamental to all of this is a relentless drive on consumer education and empowerment, as we believe that no one should be without some sort of alternative energy solution in this day and age.
