Zumba With Syd

Zumba is a dance party disguised as a cardio workout. My classes can be tailored to accommodate varying intensity levels, age groups and/or sizes. Music is a wonderful window into other people's culture; my classes feature music and dance from all over the world. Music brings people together and dance is a universal language. Gather your group and engage in a phenomenal team-building activity, experience world culture with old friends or simply spice up your workout routine. Join me to sweat, have fun and move our bodies!
