I hand-craft my long-fermented artisan loaves from scratch, using organic flour, wild yeast, and the best local ingredients. Zurer Bread is available by pre-order only; I offer porch pickup or local delivery. Try my crunchy country loaves, super-soft dinner rolls, savory focaccia, or seedy sandwich bread!
