ZuriPlanet is an accredited ESG and carbon management training and advisory organisation headquartered in London with Africa operations in Nairobi. We help organisations translate climate intent into verifiable and assurance-ready outcomes, including GHG inventories, science-based targets (SBTi aligned), credible transition plans, and transparent disclosures that comply with the GHG Protocol and IFRS S1/S2. Our work delivers measurable ESG performance that meets the expectations of auditors, regulators, and investors through product footprinting (PCF/LCA), compliance enablement, and AI-powered reporting. Alongside client engagements, we advance climate resilience through donor and partner-supported Carbon Literacy training, ensuring a just transition where no one is left behind. Our Carbon Literacy for Communities in Africa programme, accredited by the Carbon Literacy Project, provides free, accredited training to youth, women’s groups, MSMEs, and local leaders, equipping them with practical skills to reduce emissions and adapt to climate risks. We localise global knowledge, build certified community facilitators, and apply a pledge-to-evidence model so that every learner makes and demonstrates both individual and organisational climate actions. Each cohort aligns its pledges with county climate action plans, Kenya’s National Climate Change Action Plan, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4.7 and SDG 13). This approach strengthens adaptation, improves livelihoods, and ensures that vulnerable communities can be Carbon Literate at no cost to them.
