Zusi Organic Skincare was birthed from a burning desire to provide my children with the safest and non toxic skin and hair care products. I started with cold-pressed oils like coconut, palm Kernel and transformating one of nature’s purest and richest gifts – Shea Butter – into body butters that moisturise and renew the skin; The results? Amazing! My interest in plant based products grew deeper because i experienced first hand its positive impacts. Your skin absorbs everything that you apply to it with pathways like intracellular and transcellular mechanisms. The ingredients in plant-based skin care support the skin microbiome, promote balanced moisture, and improve skin and overall health. By 2017 what started as a desire became a message that had to be shared. In my country Nigeria, a light skinned individual is considered beautiful. At Zusi Organic Skincare we are not just committed to sourcing & producing the best organic oils (if organic isn't available, we promise they will be as natural as possible), making safe and non-toxic products; we are also spreading the word that beauty is not just enough. Self-love and appreciation are at the root of how we see ourselves and how we expect the people around us and the society to treat us. We should glorify ourselves, irrespective of skin color.
