Raiffeisen Landesbank Südtirol AG is the central banking institution of the thirty-nine independent Casse Raiffeisen in South-Tyrol. As such we are the centerpiece of the South-Tyrolean Raiffeisen Banking-Group and at the same time the key link between the group and the world. The Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen dell'Alto Adige has been rated by Moody's, one of the leading independent rating agencies. The current ratings are Baa1 for Long-Term Deposit Ratings and for Long-Term Issuer Ratings. Our central task is to support and coordinate the activities of the Casse Raiffeisen on the financial market, advising them and assuming common tasks in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity. As group center we are directly linked to our national and international institutional partners. In this context we also act as correspondent bank for our foreign financial partners. As commercial bank the Raiffeisen Landesbank Südtirol AG also maintains a counter at it headquarter in Via Laurin in Bolzano/Bozen. It serves as point of contact with our private and business clients. Our advisors as well as our point of sale are waiting for our customers to get in touch. The Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen in cooperation with the Casse Raiffeisen of South-Tyrol is also operating as an independent leasing company.* at the 31 of december 2023

Beim IPS der Südtiroler Raiffeisenkassen handelt es sich um das erste institutsbezogene Sicherungssystem in Italien überhaupt. Die Anerkennung durch die italienische Bankenaufsicht im November 2020 ist gleichzeitig auch eine Anerkennung für die umsichtige und erfolgreiche Arbeit der Südtiroler Raiffeisenkassen im genossenschaftlich organisierten Verbund. Mit dem IPS bleibt die Autonomie der Raiffeisenkassen in ihrer Geschäftstätigkeit gewahrt und im Krisenfall unterstützen sich die Raiffeisenkassen wechselseitig. Durch die gegenseitige Haftung und die Einrichtung eines Sicherungsfonds wird die Stabilität und Risikotragfähigkeit der Raiffeisenkassen zusätzlich gestärkt.
