The bank now boasts a combined workforce of 363 employees and an expanded branch network of thirty-three (33) sites across Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan. CBB serves a diverse clientele, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs), agricultural businesses, professionals, teachers, vendors, and both government and private employees.

Philippine Trust Company (Philtrust Bank), established on October 21, 1916, is one of the oldest private banks in the Philippines, starting with an authorized capital of ₱1 million. Its first office was located at Calle T. Pinpin, Escolta, Manila. The initial Board of Directors included Phil C. Whitaker as president for over six years.
