Simsen Diagnostics provides tumour-informed ctDNA analysis for European oncology research, clinical trials and precision cancer care. We sequence each patient's own tumour, then track those specific mutations over time in blood, or in cerebrospinal fluid for brain and spinal tumours. Personalised to the patient, not a fixed gene list. Three things shape how we deliver it- European by design. All analysis is carried out within the EU, under GDPR, with local logistics and support in compatible time zones. Your samples and data never leave the European Union- Open and instrument-agnostic. Run it as a full service from our lab in Mölndal, Sweden, or bring SiMSen-Seq in-house with LabSuite, on the sequencers you already own. You get raw BAM and FASTQ with every analysis and an open, reproducible pipeline. Not a black box- Tumour-informed, and sensitive where it counts. Built on the peer-reviewed SiMSen-Seq method, with detection to 0.001% VAF when the panel is large enough, in the settings that need it: low-burden MRD, recurrence and paediatric disease.
