Sovremenost - Modernity
Sovremenost" is the oldest Macedonian magazine for literature, culture and art. It was created in 1951 as a direct successor of the first Macedonian magazine for art, science and social issues "Nov Den". The first issue of the first magazine for art, science and social issues, the monthly magazine "Nov Den" was published in October 1945 by the Writers' Association of Macedonia. The editors of "Nov Den" were: Dimitar Mitrev, Vlado Maleski, Blaze Koneski, Slavko Janevski and Kole Cashule. The magazine for literature, culture and art "Sovremenost" was created by the editors of "Nov den" and is the direct successor of this magazine."Sovremenost" exerted a great influence in the promotion and affirmation of Macedonian literature both in the country and abroad. A large number of Macedonian authors debuted on the pages of the magazine, who later became bearers of Macedonian prose, poetry and drama (eg Stale Popov with the short stories "Mice Kasapče" and "Petre Andov"), but also authors by whom the magazine was recognized (for example, Aco Shopov, Dimitar Mitrev, Blaze Koneski, and others). During the period of the literary polemics between the realists and the modernists,"Sovremenost" was a magazine that was considered the messenger of the former. Even today, as in its past, the magazine "Sovremenost" is a strong voice of Macedonian literature, discovering new ones and serving as a support and medium for established names.

Започнавме срамежливо, но сигурни дека сме на вистинскиот пат – создавајќи го ликот на малото палаво девојче со црна коса, сини очи, секогаш подготвено за авантури и за учење. На почетокот таа беше само лик кој ја красеше страницата за добри родители но набрзо посакавме да биде повеќе од тоа. Посакавме Биби да им стане најдобра другарка на децата! И после неколку години години среќни сме што успеавме во тоа. Биби почна да ги освојува јутјуб-просторот и детските срца. Започнавме со учење на буквите и „Азбуката на Биби“, што до денес е најпопуларното видео со повеќе од 4,6 милиони прегледи. Освен анимациите, нешто на што сме особено горди е новиот образовен модел „Бибиверзум“, каде што преку ликовите од „Светот на Биби“ многу деца успешно следат настава.
