Microbrasserie Le Prospecteur

Depuis mai 2014, la microbrasserie Le Prospecteur œuvre dans la fabrication de bières artisanales brassée directement sur place et dans la concoction, avec amour, d’une cuisine pub/bistro. Elle offre, dans son établissement au centre-ville de Val-d’Or, en tout temps 16 lignes en fût de bière, du cidre régional, du kombucha produit par son entreprise sœur; Ékorce Kombucha ainsi qu’une sélection audacieuse d’alcools fins qui sauront plaire à tous! Tant sur la terrasse sur le toit que dans le pub ou dans la salle privée, c’est l’endroit idéal pour les soirées entre amis ou en famille, pour célébrer, pour voir un show ou pour tout simplement passer prendre une bière après le travail. Le Prospecteur a aussi son Magasin Général, au centre-ville juste à côté, qui s’engage à offrir à la clientèle une panoplie d’articles promotionnels qui viennent de fournisseurs locaux, sans compter la bière qu’ils embouteillent en plusieurs formats tel que le cruchon, la bouteille, la canette et le baril et qu’ils distribuent partout au Québec. La Microbrasserie Le Prospecteur comporte aussi un deuxième établissement tout près de l’aéroport et de la fameuse ‘’Forêt récréative’’. Dans cet établissement se trouve l’usine et un coquet salon de dégustation offrant aux clients un endroit chaleureux et convivial pour des moments entre amis ou même en famille. Au ‘’taproom’’, il y a de la bière en fût, en canettes, du kombucha et si l’envie vous prend, un petit menu avec sandwichs, salades et grignotines. Vu la forêt récréative à côté, c’est l’arrêt parfait après une balade en ski de fond, en patin à glace, en raquette, en vélo etc. Le Prospecteur s’est ancré harmonieusement au sein de Val-d’Or mais aussi un peu partout dans la province. L’équipe de la Microbrasserie le Prospecteur ne cessent de laisser libre cours à leur imagination et ne cessent de s’informer sur les tendances brassicoles afin de satisfaire les amateurs les plus exigeants.
