3d Construction System Industry

Besides structural and aesthetic features, 3D Panels proved to be an effective way to save energy. Combining deep insights with breakthrough technology, a new generation of green building system is set to transform eco-friendly construction around the world. With the enhanced sense of responsibility towards the environment within the construction industry, there was a demand for reliable manufacturers and suppliers of eco- friendly construction solutions and this coupled with new stringent green building regulations which made the need immediate. The 3d panel is a prefabricated panel and an extremely strong structural product consisting of a super-insulated core of rigid expanded polystyrene sandwiched between two-engineered sheets of steel welded wire fabric mesh. To complete the panel form process a 4mm galvanized steel truss wire is pierced completely through the polystyrene core at offset angles for superior strength and welded to each of the outer layer sheets of 2mm steel welded wire fabric mesh. Once these three elements are joined, a three-dimensional lightweight panels that are produced due to their characteristics, makes them one of the strongest building materials you can find. When a special shotcrete concrete is applied to each side of the panel, the strong 3d insulated concrete structure is completed.
