C.Scale
C.Scale is a software platform enabling architects and building owners to make data-driven decisions throughout the design process, driving down both costs and whole life carbon emissions. Leveraging data on thousands of buildings in planning and design, the platform connects supply and demand for high-performance, low-carbon products in the fragmented,$1 trillion building materials market. C.Scale's AI/ML-powered platform that solves a critical supply chain inefficiency: connecting building product manufacturers directly with designers at the point of specification. As regulation and owners seeking higher performance buildings drive demand for low-carbon products, C.Scale enables architects to make streamlined, data-driven design and procurement decisions while helping manufacturers reach qualified buyers. C.Scale utilizes building life cycle assessment to give a holistic description of a building’s materials, systems, and environmental impacts. The company’s unique AI/ML toolkit gives designers and owners the ability to evaluate the impacts of their decisions from the very beginning of the project. For manufacturers, the platform will offer a flow of high-quality leads by tracking detailed material quantities and carbon performance requirements from the earliest project phases, while providing visibility into the design process from concept through construction. In the past six months, hundreds of enterprise customers have modeled over 1,200 projects representing more than 120 million square feet of construction in C.Scale. These customers include 2 of the top 3 largest architecture firms in North America and 9 AIA Firm Award recipients. Global corporations, including Autodesk and Schneider Electric, are integrating C.Scale into their products and platforms. And Stanford University is piloting the platform to align building planning and procurement with long-term campus commitments.

Enterprise Neurosystem
The Enterprise Neurosystem is an open-source artificial intelligence (AI) research community, founded on the guiding belief that all species and ecosystems on Earth are interconnected within a single, unified system. Humanity’s unprecedented impact on this system necessitates a bold and collaborative response. To meet this challenge, a global-scale AI network is urgently required - one that integrates the vast array of satellites, sensors, and data sources that currently operate in isolation. By unifying these resources, the Enterprise Neurosystem aims to unlock powerful AI-driven analytical capabilities, enabling a deeper understanding of the root causes and systemic conditions underlying today’s environmental crises. Through this open and collaborative framework, the community will generate actionable insights, course-correction strategies, and solution pathways to address the escalating climate emergency. The initiative is supported by more than 190 volunteers from over 30 companies and academic institutions. These contributors generously dedicate their time and expertise to this nonprofit effort, representing organizations such as Stanford SLAC, CalTech, UC Berkeley, EY, IBM Research, NVIDIA, Meta, Red Hat, Reliance Jio, Verizon, and Yahoo. The Enterprise Neurosystem actively supports developing nations and collaborates with major international bodies, including the Technology Executive Committee (TEC), the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN), and AIM for Climate—the global initiative for climate-smart agriculture and food systems, jointly sponsored by the United Arab Emirates and the United States. And in addition to direct enablement, the community hosted the TEC AI Innovation Grand Challenge in 2024, which included AI technology proposals from entrepreneurs and academics from over 60 countries, largely from developing nations

Help Offset Global Warming Foundation
We are HelpOffset.org and are extremely innovative. The first paper published by our Founder Kenneth D Lightburn, was on Mar. 7th, 2023 in the MDPI Climate Journal and has had over 7600 views. The second is out for pubication in July 2025. They include identification of potential data from excessive Albedo Loss added to the greenhouse gases and ways to beat it with albedo enhancement. This can become a huge new industry using a breakthrough quantification of albedo enhancement in terms of equivalent atmospheric carbon. This enables a new industry to grow in carbon credits created in deserts and arid land and on the ocean. Exports from countries even in a credit crisis state, is possible as they are not necessarily expensive to initiate. We need sponsors for our 501 (c) 3 to help activate this new part of the carbon credit industry which will begin with demonstration projects such as painting roofs white thus boosting their albedo.
