المبادرة الوطنية لتطوير الصناعة المصرية "ابدأ" التي أطلقها الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية خلال "الملتقى والمعرض الدولي الأول للصناعة" في 29 أكتوبر 2022، كمبادرة تعمل بشكل أساسي على دعم وتعميق الصناعات الوطنية للاعتماد على المنتج المحلي وتقليل الواردات، وذلك من خلال تعزيز دور القطاع الخاص في توطين التنمية والابتكار بقطاع الصناعة لبناء اقتصاد متنوع وقادر على المنافسة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة لرؤية مصر2030. تعمل المبادره من خلال 3 محاور رئيسيه: محور المشروعات الكبري- يستهدف محور المشروعات الكبرى، عقد شراكات مع كبار المصنعين سواء كانت مشروعات قائمة ترغب في تطوير أنشطتها أو مشروعات جديدة، وذلك في إطار زيادة الاستثمارات الصناعية بالشراكة مع الخبراء في القطاعات المختلفة، وتشجيع الصناعات المغذية وضمان قدرتها على التوسع. محور دعم الصناعة- هو المحور المختص بتقديم الدعم لأصحاب المصانع المخالفة والمتعثرة لتذليل كافة العقبات، مثل تسهيل الإجراءات وتقنين الأوضاع، بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة والمعنية بحل المشكلات، لمعاودة الإنتاج في حالة المصانع المتعثرة، أو التوسع في حالة المستثمرين. ومحور التدريب والبحث والتطوير- 1- يهدف إلى الاستثمار في العنصر البشري و تنمية قدراتهم من خلال تنفيذ استراتيجية لتحسين الصورة الذهنية وتغيير النظرة المجتمعية النمطية تجاة التعليم الفني والعمالة الفنية،بالتعاون والتكامل مع كافة المؤسسات المعنية بالتعليم الفني والتدريب المهني لتحقيق الاستدامة من خلال تطوير مؤسسات التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني التابعة للدولة واعتمادها طبقًا للمعايير الدولية. لتوفير التدريب الفني والمهني والتثقيفي للعمالة المصرية وفقًا للمقاييس الدولية مما ينعكس على توفير فرص العمل اللائقة بمعدلات عائد مناسبة تؤمن حياة كريمة للعامل المصري. 2- دعم المصانع المتعثرة، من خلال إيجاد أنسب الحلول لمشكلاتها بطريقة علمية عملية حديثة وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة. شركة ابدأ لتنمية المشروعات ش.م.م هي الذراع التنفيذي للمبادة الوطنية لتطوير الصناعة المصرية ابدأ والتي تقوم بالعمل على أهداف المبادرة ومحاورها، وتساهم فيها مؤسسة حياة كريمة بحصة حاكمة بما يضمن توفير مصدر مستدام لتمويل حياة كريمة ومشروعاتها المستقبلية وتحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للمواطنين في قرى حياة كريمة.

على مدار أكثر من سبعة عشر عاما، كافحنا في كيان لتكوين ما أطلقنا عليه النموذج، وكنا نقصد بذلك وضع معايير فنية وإدارية ومالية لنموذج متكامل وناجح لمراكز التأهيل يكون علامة واضحة لكل من يريد أن يتعرف أو يمارس العمل مع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات، وارتكزت ممارستنا دائما على تحقيق مجموعة من المعادلات الصعبة أولها كان توفير خدمات تأهيل حديثة ومتطورة وذات جودة معيارية وتكون في نفس الوقت بأقل تكلفة ممكنة لنرفع جانب من معاناة الأطفال وأسرهم. المعادلة الثانية كانت تكوين فريق عمل متكامل ومتخصص ومدرب على أعلى مستوى ويتفهم طبيعة العمل مع الأطفال وفق مبادئ الحقوق الإنسانية والاتفاقيات الدولية لتعزيز كرامة وحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات، وهذا كان يستلزم أن تتوفر لهذا الفريق الحد الأدنى من الكرامة والحقوق الواجبة والرضا والإيمان بالرسالة التي يعمل من أجلها. أما المعادلة الثالثة فهي نقل خبراتنا وثقافتنا في العمل إلى الأخرين من خلال العديد من التدريبات الفنية والإدارية، النظرية والعملية، مستخدمين كافة المهارات والإمكانيات لدعم هذه التدريبات وأيضا بأقل تكلفة ممكنة. وكانت اخر وأهم هذه المعادلات هي الاستمرار في تقديم خدماتنا بالتمويل الذاتي حيث لم تتلق كيان دعما من الدولة طوال سنوات عملها، وحرصت على بناء علاقات طيبة مع المجتمع مبنية على الثقة والتعاون والمشاركة، والتأكيد على تحقق النزاهة والشفافية والمساءلة وأخيرا تستمر رحلة النموذج، وتحقق رسالتنا نحو تحسين نوعية الحياة لأطفالنا ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم وتكوين توجه إيجابي لدى المجتمع تجاه قضية الإعاقة
