Esports Summit Ess
The first ever Esports event established in Egypt is what people see, but what really happened was extraordinary. We wanted to give the same esports experience to the casual players so they can also take part in sharing their love for the game, whether through showing off their cosplay or finding the right components that upgrade their gaming performance. We wanted to gather gamers with all different tastes, and make a bigger impact each year since 2018. The Esports Summit opened the door for professional gaming in the Esports scene by hosting multiple offline tournaments such as the GL Summer Cup, which was just the beginning of unprecedented awakening of a fully established gaming community that attracts all types of gamers, from casual to professional.

Based in Cairo Egypt, the company was established in 2007. Timeline employs a team of seasoned veterans that have been accumulating deep industry expertise since 1994. The company is known for having previously participated in the development of the Reality Engine acquired by Epic Games, and having developed the initial prototype for Monster Madness (an Xbox 360 video game title released by SouthPeak). Timeline titles include “CellFactor:Combat Training” and “CellFactor: Revolution” released by NVidia’s Ageia as tech demos for its PhysX card as well as “CellFactor:Psychokinetic Wars” released by Ubisoft for XBOX 360 and PS3 on XBOX Live Arcard and The PlayStation Network in June of 2009. Timeline Interactive leverages its high caliber and low cost development resources in its development center based in Cairo, Egypt to develop and produce high quality games on all major platforms at a fraction of their current production costs.
