Preduzece je nastalo 2003. godine u Republici Hrvatskoj sa ciljem stvaranja male, porodicne kompanije koja bi se bavila poslovima zastupanja i završnih radova u građevinarstvu. Veoma brzo počinjemo i sa izgradnjom obiteljskih kuća i višestambenih objekata na obali Jadranskog mora. Od samog početka nastojimo okupljati vrijedno, stručno i korektno radno osoblje, ali i stručni kadar. Početkom 2007. godine kao rezultat višemjesečnih pregovora s poslovnim partnerima i kooperantima u Velikoj Kladuši, BiH osnivamo preduzeće Ben-Mal Group d.o.o, i započinjemo s projektom. Projekat oko koga smo se okupili ima 3 faze i podrazumijeva izgradnju stambeno poslovnog kompleksa od: 90 stambenih jedinica, 27 poslovnih prostora, 36 podzemnih garaža. Kompleks je lociran u uzem dijelu grada Velika Kladuša (cca 400 m udaljenosti od svih bitnih ustanova (Dom zdravlja, Općina, osnovna i srednja škola, PTT) te svojom lokacijom pruža idealne uvjete za život budućih stanara. Pored toga niz od 27 poslovnih prostora predstavlja ubjedljivo najveći do sada realizovani poslovni centar, koji će sigurno postati HIT lokacija za biznis ali i ukras našeg grada. Željeli smo da realizacijom pomenutog projekta, pokažemo da smo sposobni da sopstvenim snagama pravimo rješenja i gradimo objekte koji priliče evropskim metropolama. Kvaliteta, poslovnost, odgovornost, stručnost su riječi koje su se najčešće koristile tokom pripreme i dosadašnjeg toka realizacije projekta, od kojih ne mislimo odustati ni u budućnosti.
