Τεχνική Κατασκευαστική Εμπορική Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία Η εταιρεία μας δημιουργήθηκε το 1995 από την σύμπραξη τριών νέων τότε μηχανικών διαφορετικών ειδικοτήτων που τους συνέδεαν εκτός των δεσμών αίματος η κοινή διάθεση για δημιουργία και επαγγελματική ανέλιξη. Χωρίς οικογενειακή παράδοση στο χώρο, χωρίς πολιτικές ή άλλες φιλίες που θα μπορούσαν να δώσουν την τόσο απαραίτητη αρχική ταχύτητα έγιναν τα πρώτα δειλά βήματα. Η αρχή έγινε το 1995 στο χώρο των δημοσίων έργων με την διαμόρφωση μιας παιδικής χαράς στην Κ. Δροσιάς σύμβασης περίπου) και ποσοστό έκπτωσης 57%! Συνεχίζεται από τότε χωρίς ανάσα με προσωπικό και οικογενειακό κόστος αλλά και πολλών ειδών απολαβές. Το 1998 μπαίνουμε και στον χώρο των ιδιωτικών έργων με την ανάληψη κατασκευής ενός πολυορόφου κτιρίου στα Άνω Πατήσια που από πατρικό σπίτι έγινε πολυκατοικία και έδρα της εταιρείας από το 2001 και μετά. Από τότε μέχρι αυτή τη στιγμή έχουν κατασκευασθεί γύρω στα 300 δημόσια έργα (εκτός αυτών που κατασκευάζονται) και έχουν ανεγερθεί ή ανεγείρονται πολυόροφα κτίρια, συνολικού προϋπολογισμού Η εταιρεία εδώ και δεκαπέντε χρόνια έχει μετατραπεί σε ανώνυμη, έχει αποκτήσει πτυχίο 4ης Τάξεως και βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στις τεχνικές εταιρείες που δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες βλέπουν το μέλλον με αισιοδοξία.
