The company was established in 1990 when four engineers working in different fields of building services engineering decided to capitalize on their expertise in a joint venture. Following the decision, we established SZERIP GMK, which was primarily a building services engineering company. The ownership was later limited to two people, which has remained unchanged since then. The staff on the technical side consists of six main engineers, three main technicians and skilled workers in architecture, building services and electrics. Our company has developed gradually, therefore we have transformed it, and since 1996 it has been operating as a Kft with a registered capital of HUF 50 million. The value of our assets exceeds HUF 400 million. Our annual sales revenue is between HUF 2.5-3.2 billion. Our site is located on a m2 property in the industrial park in Balmazújvárosi street in Debrecen. The composition of the building stock is as follows: office building - 560 m2, workshop (manufacture and installation work)- 1700 m2 and warehouse - 1100 m2. Our company employs 38-45 people, including skilled plumbers, qualified welders, air conditioner experts, locksmiths, mechanical and electrical technicians, building services engineers, energetics engineers and the management. We perform work in accordance with ISO 9001:2009 and MSZ EN 14001:2002 standards. Our company has been carrying out general, contractual, professional installation and technological installation activities since its establishment. When performing these activities, we need subcontractors, and we usually employ companies on a regular basis that we already know and qualify them.
