Minilifts Incorporated Limited
Minilift for the Construction and Building Industry The Minilift was developed as a response to an identified need for a specialised and effective aid for tradesmen and contractors within the construction and building sectors. Frustrated and fatigued after working long hours on construction sites, the inventors were becoming increasingly concerned about safety issues and productivity levels. Previous methodology involving ladders and scaffolding to get the job done were proving to be outdated and time consuming. The minilift has been designed and built in Christchurch over a two year period involving extensive R&D with input from a multiplicity of designers, engineers and manufacturers. The outcome has proved to be no less than astonishing surpassing the expectations of the original inventors. Developed originally for the New Zealand market it now has patents pending in various countries throughout the world. We outline some of its features: • This mini scissor lift is designed for tradesmen and contractors to go about their work on building and construction sites; • It can easily be carried on to any site as it breaks down into four components: base; scissor; platform and cage; • The minilift can be transported by work vehicle, SUV or van; • The minilift can easily fit into a lift or pass through standard 810mm doorways without needing to be dismantled; • It alleviates the need for a crane when shifting from floor to floor on a construction site; • It can be manoeuvred while upright and fits in to tight corners and spaces; • Specifications include: Platform elevation – 2m; Working elevation – 4m; Working load – 140kg; Drive speed 3.8km; • The minilift used on a regular basis reduces time spent on the job which increases productivity and makes it extremely cost effective; • The minilift is very affordable and a great investment for your business. Contact us to discuss your needs and arrange for a demonstration. Call Steven Munro on 027 458 8768.
