Podjetnost je v družini prisotna že od druge polovice 20. stoletja. Že takrat je ustanovitelj podjetja sodeloval v družinski dejavnosti izdelave in brušenja žag za razrez lesa. Samostojno, je potem nadaljeval s servisom TOMOS motorjev in izdelavo različnih kovinskih polizdelkov. Kot obrtnik je v letu 1982 začel izdelavo sestavnih elementov rezne žice, za razrez marmorja v kamnolomih. Tu se tudi prvič sreča z jekleno vrvjo. Z leti smo tako pridobivali vedno več znanja in se odločili da ponudbo nadgradimo še z izdelavo bremenskih vrvi. S širitvijo, so iz tujine prišle zahteve, da se preoblikujemo družbo z omejeno odgovornostjo. To se je zgodilo leta 1992, takrat je podjetje, ki posluje še danes, uradno nastalo. Z leti smo pridobvali izkušnje in namesto starih jugoslovanskih standardov začeli na področju dvižnih pripomočkov uveljavljati nove evropske. Le iniezioni di resine per la sigillatura delle infiltrazioni d'acqua, hanno sempre rappresentato un problema per l'Impresa, perché tali lavorazioni richiedono l'utilizzo di attrezzature delicate e personale altamente qualificato di cui pochissimi dispongono. Spas Solutions d.o.o. che da molti anni opera in questo settore, forte dell'esperienza maturata, ha messo a punto una linea di pompe e packer per l'iniezione semplicissime da utilizzare, anche per chi è alle primissime esperienze o non ne ha proprio. La linea The Packer comprende tre articoli Easy, Jumbo e Maxi, questi tre packer da iniezione realizzati in nylon, sono semplicissimi e velocissimi da alloggiare e rimuovere e hanno prestazioni decisamente superiori alla media. Le due pompe da iniezione Fenice e Taurus, sono una vera e propria rivoluzione nel nostro settore, entrambe dotate di sistema di miscelazione autopulente, sono quasi impossibili da intasare, anche se affidate a personale senza esperienza. Inoltre hanno prestazioni di gran lunga superiori rispetto alla maggior parte delle pompe a oggi in commercio. Non necessitano di nessun lavaggio a fine turno, è sufficiente la sola pulizia della testa di miscelazione, facendo così guadagnare moltissimo tempo e risparmiare molto denaro di olii e/o cleaner. Le pompe Spas Solutions sono rispettose dell'ambiente, perché fanno risparmiare in media 20 lt. di olio di lavaggio al giorno, olio che poi deve anche essere smaltito come rifiuto pericoloso.
