Röra om i grytan, eller ska vi kanske säga färgskålen, som vi anser stått orörd alldeles för länge. Att skapa en förändring kräver både mod, vilja och en starkt tro på sin sak. Övertygade om att vi hittat ett arbetssätt som PÅ RIKTIGT skapar bättre förutsättningar för frisörer är vi nu redo att ge oss ut i landet och sprida vårt koncept. Planen är 100 salonger men om vi i slutändan hamnar på 87, 126 eller 250 är egentligen helt oväsentligt. Vi har nått målet när vi lyckats förändra branschen till det bättre. Sverige nu kommer vi! Är ni redo? VI ÄR INTE SOM ALLA ANDRA Hejdå ogynnsamma avtal. Frisörer har i alla år varit anställda under ett kollektivavtal som inte alls passar branschen, tycker vi. Vi har därför slopat hur många timmar man ”ska” jobba och istället tagit fram vår egen arbetsform som genomsyras av frihet, flexibilitet och eget ansvar. Hej provision, frihet och eget ansvar. Istället för att få en grundlön tillsammans med en liten provision så har vi valt att säga hejdå till en dålig grundlön och hej till mer provision. Kreativa själar kräver ett individuellt sätt att göra sina jobb. När våra frisörer får jobba på sitt sätt så ökar trivseln på arbetsplatsen. Att ha tid för det privata gynnar arbetet, kreativiteten, välmåendet – och även lönen. FÖR VILKA PASSAR WAU? Den anställda frisören som tröttnat på att känna sig låst vid de fasta arbetstiderna och lockats av tanken att bli hyrstol för att få känna friheten. Den passionerade salongsägaren som gillar att känna friheten men som tröttnat på ansvaret och arbetet som ligger bakom att driva en salong på egen hand. Den drivna hyrstolsfrisören som idag kör eget och hyr en stol men som egentligen inte trivs med de administrativa uppgifterna som hyrstolen kräver.
