Sharkspade

Sharkspade is a sturdy stainless steel Weeding Tool, Weed Puller annex Double Digger. Sharkspade uses an innovative "Sharkfin", an extra cutting blade. Sharkspade works wonders with Dandelions, Thistles and Bitter Docks. Sharkspade is patented and uses a new technique which prevents the root from cracking. It pushes the lower part of the root up by using the soils own grip on the root. The Sharkfin frees the higher part of the root, leaving the root and the plant fully exposed. The only thing you have to do is pick up the entire root with just 2 fingers. Sharkspade leaves Absolutely No Damage to your lawn like the other tools. In the AAU Design Lab, we do research on how to create products that will solve long-term problems for the planet and that people will use and cherish for a long time. Transition towards a more sustainable use of products and circular economy begins in the design process. It is not enough to upcycle or recycle products once they have been discarded. We do research on how to create products, that are not prematurely discarded, because they become obsolete either functionally, aesthetically, or technically. In the Design Lab we use design thinking as driver for sustainable transition.
