Responsibility It is said that the average eyeglass wearer changes eyeglasses every third year. Despite of this most eyewear brands launch new collections more than four times a year. The many collections and large number of styles result in overproduction, dead stock and difficulties for the end consumer to navigate within the collections, understanding what style and size that suits them. It also results in high markups to cover the cost of unsold products. BioBio was founded as a reaction to this. We want to drive a positive change within the eyewear industry by offering one permanent collection designed to last- Sustainability We are born bio-based. 100% of our collection is hand-crafted in premium Italian Mazzucchelli M49 bio-acetate, a biodegradable plastic made from wood pulp, cotton seeds and bio-based plasticizers."The production and use of bio-based material has a double advantage: on the one hand, the use of fossil, and therefore limited, fuels (oil) is reduced, on the other hand the emissions of greenhouse gases are reduced." Mazzucchelli - Inclusivity The sizing system within eyewear never made any sense to us. Why aren't there more sizes than one or two for a classic style? And why can't kids have the same styles as adults, just as with a pair of jeans or a white t-shirt? BIOBIO is a lot about sustainability, but offering great designs to more people is equally important to us. This is why we create eyewear for all sizes and genders.

Grafisk og strategisk design til emballager Vi har efterhånden virkelig mange års erfaring i branchen. Mark stiftede bureauet i 1991 og siden da har vi opsamlet viden, erfaring og et kæmpe netværk. Siden 2008 har vi specialiseret os inden for grafisk design til emballager - og wauw. sikken rejse på et marked, der bevæger sig med lynets hast. Vi er ét blandt få bureauer, der har formået at blive specialister på området - og vi elsker at være “nørder” (selvom en lille indkøbsseddel til supermarkedet godt kan ende med at koste 1 time eller 2 fordi man skal se, om der er nye spændende produkter og designs på hylderne). Vi er ikke kreative for kreativitetens skyld. Vi er kreative for resultatets skyld. Hvis ikke der er et mål, så er det umuligt at score! Vi vil bryde vanetænkningen og udvikle kreative og opsigtsvækkende designs, der sælger varer og beriger vores kunder og forbrugerne med gennemtænkt design, der virker. Et godt og gennemtænkt emballagedesign gør hele forskellen, og det er afgørende for, om varen kommer fra hylden eller køledisken og med forbrugerne hjem. Der skal ikke meget mere end et forkert farvevalg til et produkt, før kundernes loyalitet kan ligge på et meget lille sted. Der er kontant afregning og det synes vi er vanvittig spændende. og vi tør godt sige, at vi er blandt de allerbedste i Danmark på dette område. Vi opsøger ekstremt meget viden inden for fødevaretrends i både ind- og udland, når vi er på arbejde og når vi ikke er på arbejde, når vi går en tur i supermarkedet, når der åbner en ny “foodbiks” på hjørnet eller når vi tager på inspirationsture og messerejser. Vi sætter os ind i, hvad nutidens forbrugere vil ha’ og hvorfor.
