Luca Dini Design & Architecture
We have made an indelible imprint in the realm of ultra-high luxury at sea, in the sky, and on land. It was here that Luca Dini established a team in Florence in 1996 to conceive custom projects and transform them into innovative solutions. Today, with the contribution of over 300 external collaborations and a team of more than 50 professionals, including architects, yacht designers, interior designers, naval and civil engineers, fabric and furniture designers, and 3D animators, visionary ideas transform into ambitious projects. Our sole objective: to amaze those who are accustomed to being astonished. This is the driving force behind LUCA DINI Design & Architecture. This unorthodox philosophy blends the power of technology with the charm of artisanal tradition, and vice versa, giving rise to a new interpretation of innovation. Today, in addition to our headquarters in Florence, we have an office and showroom in Forte dei Marmi and we are preparing to open new offices in Riyadh and Neom to oversee projects in that region. This is how design and architecture have become two distinct yet harmonious souls at LUCA DINI Design & Architecture. Paesaggio Prossimo is a landscape architectural practice, specialized in outdoors and exteriors planning. The practice undertakes projects ranging from the small scale of garden design to the most complex topics of landscape design. Particular attention is dedicated to swimming pools, to their settings and realization, in either public and private contexts. Paesaggio Prossimo is the only exclusive dealer for the territory of Abruzzo and Molise of Busatta Piscine, an Italian leading company committed to the production and distribution of swimming pools and related accessories (member of SCP Pool Corporation). The practice takes advantage of ultimate high-end software in its design process and employs multi-disciplinary members through its staff.

Pieces Of Venice
Pieces of Venice is a enterprise project conceived by Luciano Marson and managed together with his wife Karin, born out of their love for the city of Venice, for its materials, for its expert craftsmanship, for its beauty. AWARDED the XXVI COMPASSO D’ORO for Social Design Enterprise project. Pieces of Venice it’s a social enterprise that functions on circular economy principals with a short supply chain. Starting with the reclamation and recycling, discarded materials from Venice are given new life through industrial design projects that turn them into souvenirs or useful objects. There is also a link between older and younger generations, through a story which is told, like the one about this propeller that was inspired by the twisted stick of an ice cream bar I ate as a child. These products give beauty back to the city from which they come, offering tourists the opportunity to contribute to the ‘Save Venice one piece at a time’ initiative, aimed at funding some interventions to restore the decorations in the historic city centre. In this way, actual pieces of Venice come back to life; benefitting the city and resulting in a strong commitment on a social level. In fact, Pieces of Venice is a privately-held Benefit Company that entrusts much of its production to the FUTURA Social Cooperative, thus helping to reintegrate 60 disadvantaged youth into the workforce. The products are all dedicated to this city, unique in the world, starting with their names, which indicate an address—of a cultural institution, such as a museum, or of a business known for its excellence, such as a restaurant—drawing a map that leads the tourist to discover the city’s hidden treasures. Beauty can come from anything, even refuse abandoned in the lagoon.

STEFANI s.r.l. è nata nel 1978 a Faenza, proponendo arredamenti di qualità e nuovi oggetti di design realizzati anche grazie alla collaborazione con architetti e progettisti per lo sviluppo delle postazioni di lavoro. Nel corso degli anni l’evoluzione degli spazi lavorativi,divenuti un luogo in cui l’interazione fra le persone diviene il fulcro della progettazione di spazi e postazioni, porta Stefani a produrre nel 2006 Natural Confort®, un’accurata selezione di prodotti capace di soddisfare tutti i sensi aumentando esponenzialmente l’interconnessione tra uomo e spazio lavorativo. Con questa nuova ottica l’azienda si è poi focalizzata sul comfort acustico e analizzando il mercato ha ravvisato la mancanza di prodotti fonoassorbenti di design mirati al problema. Per questo nel 2007 la Stefani ha dato vista ad Acoustic Open Space® (AOS), una linea di complementi d’arredo e piattaforme a soffitto prodotti direttamente in azienda, che risulterà vincente sia per resa fonoassorbente che per estetica e funzionalità. Oggi la produzione è di 8 serie di prodotti che fanno fronte ad ogni esigenza in luoghi collettivi e uffici.Tavoli operativi, postazioni per gruppo di lavoro, tavoli conference e arredi direzionali, si aggiungono a complementi che abbattono il riverbero sonoro: box acustici, soluzioni a parete o soffitto e pareti fonoassorbenti.
