Studio Zanellato Bortotto
Studio Zanellato/Bortotto is a design practice based in Treviso, Italy. In 2013, after having completed their degrees at the Università IUAV di Venezia and the Ecal de Lausanne, Giorgia Zanellato and Daniele Bortotto presented their first project at the Salone Satellite in Milan. The collection, going by the name of “Acqua Alta", pays homage to Venice. This moment marked the beginning of their longstanding, constant research into the relationship between places and the passing of time, a connection analysed through the reinterpretation of traditional artisanal techniques. The studio’s works include product design, limited editions for galleries, art direction support for a number of companies, and interior design for the private sector. The studio collaborates with Italian and international companies. Its works have been displayed in several galleries and institutions such as Rome’s MAXXI, the Triennale Design Museum, the Poldi Pezzoli Museum in Milan, the Somerset House, and The Aram Gallery in London. In 2015, they have been nominated by Elle Décor Italy as Young Talent of the Year. In 2016 they have been awarded the NYXxDESIGN prize for the American magazine Interior Design, as well as a Red Rot Design Award for their project “Storie per Cedit”. In 2018 they have been conferred a Good Design Award for Bix chair for B-line. Siamo Gimmy e Alan Olivucci di Vetreria La Nuova ed, insieme al resto della famiglia, da quasi 50 anni firmiamo progetti in vetro per la casa, l’esterno e l’industria. Il nostro è un vero laboratorio creativo, artigianale, in cui coltiviamo la passione per il vetro lavorato a mano, il design, i progetti ambiziosi ed i clienti soddisfatti. OGGI I TEMPI SONO CAMBIATI! Le aziende artigianali di lavorazione del vetro, capaci di realizzare soluzioni di arredo su misura e di soddisfare le esigenze progettuali dell'architetto, sono diventate realtà sempre più rare e difficili da trovare. Per questo siamo convinti che la nostra non sia una vetreria come tutte le altre. Quello che ancora non conosci di noi e che ci contraddistingue sin dalla nascita dell'azienda sono la cura dei dettagli ed un approccio personalizzato a tutti i progetti che ci vengono affidati. Un tipo di consulenza, che ci permette di ascoltare e capire le esigenze dei nostri clienti, per realizzare qualunque sfida progettuale! Write Sketch
Write Sketch & is a high quality stationery brand, founded in Milan in 2014. All its products are a combination of an avant-garde aesthetic language and a deeply international vision. Super! Collection is the very first notebook line designed by the brand. Composed by colorful notebooks, full of patterns and hectic geometries, it is a real tribute to the 80s postmodern movement and its most illustrious icons such as Memphis group and Ettore Sottsass. In addition to the A5 notebooks collection, new products were introduced like the pocket set of A6 notebooks and the metal ones, rich of precious details like the embosses pattern and the metallic edge. The brand designs also colorful decorative papers and ironic and funny tote bags. The obsession for the quality and the outstanding attention for details lead all the choices of production, which is a 100% Made in Italy.
