We are a non-government & non-profit organization „Suradnici u učenju“ (Partners in Learning) with twelve years of experience in the educational context. Suradnici u učenju team started activities in 2008 by publishing the digital magazine Pogled kroz prozor (A View through the Window). As NGO we are registered since 2011 as an association of teachers and educational professionals dedicated to creating a positive and stimulating environment in which educational professionals can share their experiences, get quality and up-to-date information, be creative and innovative and improve professionally. The association promotes the smart, purposeful and pedagogically meaningful use of digital technologies in all areas of education, lifelong training of educational professionals, promotion of all STEM areas, computational thinking, problem-solving, learning to learn competencies as well as responsible and safe use of the Internet. Teachers from more than 10 countries share examples of good practice through our digital magazine Pogled kroz prozor and the portal ucitelji.hr. As an association, we enable teachers to show what and how they work and to teach us all through examples of good practice how to better adapt to today’s students and how to modernize teaching, learning, and working methods. Simply put, we create a positive and stimulating environment in which educational professionals can share their experiences, get quality and current information, be innovative and creative, and constantly raise their competences.

ZGRADOnačelnik.hr - ZA SVAKU ZGRADU U VAŠEM GRADU! Čak 85 posto kućanstava u Hrvatskoj posjeduje kuću ili stan u kojoj žive (podaci HNB-a). Samo stanova, koji se nalaze u stotinama tisuća zgrada, je više od 2,3 milijuna stanova, a nastanjeno ih je 1,5 milijuna (podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku, 2019.). A tu veliku brojku, odnosno 'život' u zgradama, reguliraju dva osnovna zakonska akta – Zakon o vlasništvu i drugim stvarnim pravima donesen 1996. godine te Uredba o održavanju zgrada donesena 1997. godine. Od tada se oba akta nisu suviše mijenjala, a praksa je pokazala da postoji mnoštvo problema između stanara (suvlasnika i ostalih), upravitelja zgrada, komunalnih službi, izvođača radova, mjesnih odbora i tako dalje što je uzrok velikih nedoumica i nejasnoća u zgradama. Kako bi prava i obveze bili barem malo jasniji, sredinom rujna 2020, osnovan je prvi savjetodavni servis (platforma) za svakog suvlasnika u Hrvatskoj – ZGRADOnačelnik.hr. Servis je osnovala grupa entuzijasta, susjeda i prijatelja, suvlasnika stanova, predstavnika suvlasnika, najmoprimaca i najmodavaca različitih profesija koji su shvatili da se za dobivanje kvalitetne i točne informacije mora itekako pomučiti. U slobodno vrijeme ZGRADOnačelnikova ekipa istraživat će brojne zakone, pravilnike i uredbe, natječaje, kontaktirati odgovarajuće institucije, osluškivati probleme (na portalima, društvenim mrežama, forumima,'dvorištu' itd.) i pronalaziti rješenja, a sve s ciljem da suživot u zgradi bude lakši,'informiraniji' te da svi svoju imovinu održe u najboljem mogućem izdanju.
