We help the U.S. Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) achieve mission-critical initiatives faster. By aligning high-quality projects to government strategic priorities, we set the stage for impactful public-private partnerships with private investors. The P3 Portal is a platform and pre-due diligence evaluation model that helps business leaders align their projects with government priorities and get them in front of private equity investors. The resulting public-private partnerships help MIB to accelerate, expand, and improve its defense efforts to protect the security of our nation. The P3 Portal is an independent program funded by MIB to advance MIB’s mission. It is developed and operated by CapZone, an independent third party.
