Wam Training Rto 22054
Worksite safety is paramount. Safety on a worksite is a basic right in Australia – not just for your employees but for their families as well. Your employees’ future plans, goals and dreams in life cannot be realised without it. True safety on any work site be must a collaborative effort by everyone. Your employees must have the knowledge and skills to keep their workmates safe. A licence or a ticket or is a great achievement, providing your staff attain the knowledge and skill to justify the achievement – otherwise it’s just a card or a piece of paper. I urge you to resist training providers that don’t place emphasis on your employee’s right to be educated with the knowledge and skill that site safety depends on. Please be aware that some training providers are known ticket factories who line their pockets and who will short change your employee’s knowledge and skill. They focus on themselves – not safety. In order to accomodate your training needs, WAM Training focuses on the following 5 key points to ensure the best possible training experience for you and your employees: 1. Experienced and passionate trainers 2. Train at our site or yours 3. Integrated training management 4. Competency is our priority 5. Referenced technical expertise
