NIT, located in Beijing's Chaoyang District, is a Sino-Australian joint-venture of educational cooperation between Australia and the People's Republic of China. NIT is approved by the Education Commission of the Beijing Municipal Government, registered within the Education Ministry of China and accredited by the Australian Government. It is the only school in China that provides courses based on the Australian Curriculum that are delivered in English. NIT was originally founded by the NIT Education Group, which is a multinational education corporation based in Perth, Australia. Lingo English was developed by traditional classroom impracticality. How can English be learnt in a different environment than a traditional school environment? Many members who join our club have been through the traditional method of learning but not able to speak. They become proficient at reading and writing but still feel nervous to speak. The reason is very simple: Traditional methods focus on written and reading comprehension. Oral English was not tested at school, however, English learners realize that oral English is more important for communication. The growing demand for learners to speak increased with China's growing international economy. Lingo English built a relaxed but professional environment for students to feel more comfortable and created open talk discussions traditional classroom methods failed to provide.
