Tommy Hellsten -Instituutti Ihminen Tavattavissa

Ihminen tavattavissa -kasvuohjelma (40 op.) on ammatillinen lisäkoulutus joka sopii kaikille, jotka haluavat syventää ymmärrystään ihmisten kohtaamisesta – olipa kyse itsensä kohtaamisesta, asiakastyöstä, työyhteisön arjesta tai johtamisesta. Kun opit tunnistamaan omat sisäiset prosessisi, opit samalla näkemään ja ymmärtämään syvemmin myös muita. Koulutus kehittää tunne- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja, jotka vahvistavat sekä itseymmärrystä että ihmissuhteita. Usein ajattelemme, että hyvä itsetunto on persoonallisuuden piirre – ei ominaisuus, jota voimme itsessämme parantaa. Inhimillinen psykologinen kasvu on kuitenkin mahdollista ja koulutuksemme tarjoaa kasvuun valmentavan vahvan tuen sekä muutoksessa välttämättömän vuorovaikutteisen ympäristön. Kasvuohjelmassa opiskelijat oppivat tunnistamaan omia toimintamallejaan ja säätelemään tunteitaan sekä he saavat keinoja stressinhallintaan ja rakentavaan vuorovaikutukseen, joiden avulla he edistävät hyvinvointia ja sujuvaa vuorovaikutusta eri ihmissuhteissa. Ohjelma auttaa myös ymmärtämään ryhmädynamiikkaa, mikä vahvistaa asiakastyön, johtamisen ja työyhteisötaitojen osaamista. Ohjelman vaikuttavuus perustuu eri terapiasuuntausten ja toiminnallisten menetelmien integrointiin. Jokaisella koulutusryhmällä ja jokaisella opiskelijallamme on omat henkilökohtaiset kehityshaasteensa, jotka ammattitaitoiset kouluttajamme kykenevät huomioimaan. Take part in fresh workshops and development of new project ideas and grow you network with new worldwide professionals. And, at the same time have fun and explore the beautiful, historical city of Tampere and amazing nature landscapes of Finland. Academic Adventures is an international training week for staff and teachers all over the world. Event has the purpose of spreading team learning model as wide as possible and getting new development ideas around it. We, as the event organizers, want to gather future learning forerunners and innovators together and encourage team learning model all over the world and that way also to produce more unique learning experiences for students. Team learning model enables students to learn major issues in a creative environment, benefiting their dreams and future. The main purpose is to produce unique learning experiences; for one can decide by oneself which subjects one can experience to be useful, and concentrate on them without someone telling you, what and how you should learn. Therefore, also the teachers role changes; they are no longer the only road to learning, but instead more like a compass which points to the right direction in which the student can navigate towards. Teachers, or as in team learning model - coaches, are still an important component of the learning process, but because the joy of learning, motivation and benefit rise from self guidance, the role is a little different and new. During “Academic Adventures” you will get to hear and learn the secrets to these opportunities of motivating and guiding.

Amke Ry

Ammattiosaamisen kehittämisyhdistys AMKE ry on ammatillisen koulutuksen järjestäjien edunvalvonta- ja palveluorganisaatio. Tärkein tehtävämme on ammatillisen koulutuksen työelämälähtöinen kehittäminen – yhdessä jäsenistön kanssa. Yhdistyksellä on 84 jäsentä, jotka ovat kunnallisia ja yksityisiä, monialaisia ja erikoistuneita koulutuksen järjestäjiä sekä ammatillisia aikuiskouluttajia. AMKEn jäsenet kouluttavat yli 98 prosenttia Suomessa ammattiin opiskelevista. Tämän lisäksi jäsenemme kouluttavat yli 100 ammattilaista yhteistyössä yritysten kanssa. AMKEn jäsenet työllistävät 27 työntekijää. AMKE-Groupiin kuuluu lisäksi AMKE ry:n tytäryhtiö Ammattiosaamisen kehittämisyhtiö AMKE Oy, joka toimii AMKE:n tuotekehitys ja -palveluyksikkönä. The Finnish Association for the Development of Vocational Education and Training AMKE is the guardian of interests and the service organisation for vocational education and training providers in Finland. Our principal function is working life-based development of vocational education and training together with our members. AMKE’s 84 members represent a wide range of VET providers, from different vocational colleges to specialised institutions and providers of continuing vocational training. Our members train over 97,4 % of the country’s vocational students. In addition, our members train over 100 professionals in collaboration with companies. AMKE’s members employ 27 people. AMKE Ltd, the development company for VET, operates in connection with the association and produces development services. AMKE develops vocational training and education by influencing legislation and policy guidelines. The association also offers IT management services and training, and coordinates development projects involving VET providers. The focus of our activities is in interest representation and community relations, as well as customer-oriented training and development activities.
