Unitutor Nz
UniTutor is a tutoring company designed specifically for University students. It is a platform for students to search, book and pay for tutorials for specific University papers and classes. UniTutor doesn’t just offer tutors, it offers Quality tutors. UniTutor believes that there is a large demand for one-on-one tutoring supplementary to that which is offered. But where do students go to find tutors? Let alone find good tutors? This is where UniTutor comes in. Our online booking system deals with the payment, time, date and location of each tutorial. Tutoring accounts have been created so that parents can directly top-up their son’s or daughter’s tutoring account. UniTutor specialises in one-on-one private tutoring and also includes two-on-one and three-on-one tutorials. More than four at a table and the ability of the students tends to vary too much. We have done our research too! Throughout the year we also offer Workshops which are a good one-off way to find out “how much can you learn in a few hours?” These are cost effective and a great final summary before you begin your exam preparation. Normally, workshops are offered for first-year and some second-year papers. UniTutor is as much for the Tutors as it is for the students. Tutors can directly adjust and update their availability for tutoring on a weekly basis as UniTutor understands that their own study has to come first. Tutoring not only looks great on your CV but can also be a truly rewarding experience.

Cambodia Charitable Trust
Phnom Penh Cambodia, Tauranga NZ & London We are a voluntary organization registered with the Charities Commission. We work in partnership with the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. In addition to direct support for schools, our team on the ground in Cambodia provide teacher and director (school principal) training across the country to improve the availability of higher quality education. We have an MOU with the Ministry of Youth, Education, and Sport in Cambodia. Education is the largest lever for social change in Cambodia. Education breaks the poverty cycle, protects girls from sex slavery, boys from slave labour and opens the door to a bright and purposeful future for each child. ACCT supported schools are a beacon of light in a poor, Cambodian village. By working with families, we remove the barriers to a free, quality education. By working with teachers, we provide the support and resources they need to become more effective in the classroom. It is a powerful combination, and it works. We work closely with ministerial staff to help them achieve their educational goals of free education for all children up to Grade 9. We have a positive working relationship with them and have won their respect over the years. They will sometimes send well known NGO’s to visit our schools as an example of what is possible. We currently support twelve primary schools, four secondary schools and two teacher training colleges in the Takeo and Kampot provinces of Cambodia. These schools need ongoing support, and there are many unsupported schools that we could transform with your help.
