Tavoitteena on saavuttaa koko työyhteisössä tilanne, jossa kuvatuki ei ole mitään ylimääräistä tai irrallista, vaan kuvat ovat luontevasti läsnä ja tukena ihan kaikenlaisessa toiminnassa. Kevään 2025 aikana on tulossa myyntiin myös Kuullan omia kuvatyökaluja, jotka on suunniteltu suoraan varhaiskasvatuksen arkeen ja tarpeisiin. Lähes jokaisessa varhaiskasvatus- ja esiopetusryhmässä on lapsia, joilla ei ole käytössään kieltä tai puhetta, jolla saada itsensä ymmärretyksi tai osallistua toimintaan. Kuvatuki on tärkeä apuväline itsensä ilmaisemisen, muiden ymmärtämisen ja toimintaan osallistumisen mahdollistamisessa. Lisäksi sen avulla voi tukea muun muassa lasten toiminnanohjausta ja keskittymistä. Kuvatuen käyttäminen on taito, joka täytyy opetella. Taito käyttää kuvia lasten ja toiminnan tukena on tänä päivänä erittäin tärkeää kasvatus- ja koulutusalalla. Kuvatuki tukee kaikkien lasten vuorovaikutusta ja osallisuutta kielestä ja kehityksestä riippumatta ja auttaa myös henkilöstöä työssään.
