Udruga Kondicijskih Trenera Hrvatske Croatian Physical Conditioning Coaches Association
Croatian physical conditioning coaches association was formed on November 16th, 2002 with a clear vision in improvement, development and protection of sport through the activities of strength and conditioning coaches. In order to improve sport, we decided to work on the education of strength and conditioning coaches who will with their work and knowledge improve athletes and with that sport in general. Education segment is enriched with the traditional international conference which is slowly becoming one of the largest events of that kind in this part of Europe. In order to have more than just one source of information, along with the conference, we issue proceedings which contain all the published papers. We want to transfer important experiences and knowledge of our members to other coaches who are willing to learn and refine in order to improve the position of this field in sport.

U Zekaoni nudimo više različitih programa, koji se odvijaju u dvorani (Ulica kneza Borne 5) i na bazenu (Zimsko plivalište Mladost i Bazenski kompleks Svetice). Vježbaona nudi kombinaciju plivanja i vježbi u dvorani na koje se mogu prijaviti bebe “puzači” te djeca do 7 godina. Plivaona nudi plivanje za bebe od 5 mjeseci do 7 godina, a odvija na Bazenskom kompleksu Svetice i Zimskom plivalištu Mladost. Naša Maštaona je prilagodba za vrtić kroz kreativne radionice, senzoričke vježbe i neizostavni sportski dio. Slavimo zajedno ročkase najmlađih, ispunjavamo vaše želje i upakiravamo ih zajedno s našim idejama. Baby rođendani namijenjeni su djeci do 4 godine starosti, s adekvatnim brojem animatora, uz mogućnost ostanka roditelja najmlađih partijanera.

Every year, Europe produces about 2.7 billion tonnes of waste. Consequently, separate waste collection is one of the EU's most important goals for the the coming period, while waste management is an important both economic and environmental factor. Food production continues to play an important role in many areas and also contributes to economic growth in the EU. Food systems, from production through processing and consumption to the recycling of food waste (FW), play an important role in the context of the EU's focus on employment and environmental sustainability and are at the heart of the sustainable development agenda. In terms of performance, mixed biowaste systems typically capture only 10-30 kg per capita per year. On the other hand, nearly 90 million tons of food is lost every year in the EU alone, or 173 kg per person. The main idea of the project is to create and maintain a behavioral change among young people and the general public towards FW prevention and reduction. Impact: promote education on sustainable food management and raise awareness of household food consumption among the younger generation and the public. Meeting of Design Students is a non-political, non-profit, multinational organisation organised by students and young professionals for students and graduates of all design disciplines and like minded individuals. MEDS aims to promote the positive role of design in society as well as interdisciplinary and cross-border collaboration in design. MEDS is a place for designers to make social and professional connections, unlock their potential and use their talents out of their faculty. Mission Statement The MEDS community and foundation is partly built upon a famous saying by Victor Papanek: “The only important thing about design is how it relates to people. Design, in whatever form, whether products, buildings, patterns, interactions or graphics is about people. Designers design for people. They make for people. We’re offering over 20 types of courses and workshops all led by renowned, world-recognized lecturers, which cover absolutely everything you will ever need in practice. Our wide range of educational programs includes kinesiotaping (by Rocktape), IASTM, Dry Needling and Flossing techniques, world-renowned myofascial techniques such as Anatomy Trains, Emmet, Emmtech and Scarwork (structural treatment of scars), manual techniques by the Prague school of rehabilitation, Neurodynamics and Mobilisation of the Neuroimmune system techniques and specific assessment and testing techniques like the unique P-DTR, BodyReading and NKT. We also offer courses for techniques intended for kinesiologists and trainers (which are also often attended by physiotherapists wanting to expand their knowledge on movement and exercise) such as the renowned Anatomy Trains – In Training and McGill workshops. In the past year we have successfully held over 30 courses, with over 700 local and foreign students attending. Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET is a public institution operating within the Ministry of Science and Education in the field of information and communication technology and its application in education. CARNET began operating in 1991 as a project of the then Ministry of Science and Technology and became the first and only provider of Internet services in Croatia. Four years later, the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted the Decree on the establishment of CARNET institution.
