Keep Winter Haven Clean & Beautiful (KWHCB) organizational purpose is to encourage individuals to take greater responsibility and action to enhance their community environment. Keep Winter Haven Clean & Beautiful works with a volunteer force to carry out its projects. It is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community leaders and residents from the Winter Haven area. KWHC & B is funded through in-kind and financial contributions from individuals, businesses, industries, local organizations and is supported by the City of Winter Haven. We are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. KWHC & B is a non-profit, community service organization dedicated to keeping our community clean and beautiful.
