Umuntu Movement
Dear visitors, we are still in the start-up phase for our charitable organization. The non-profit organization Umuntu Movement is represented internationally. So far, we are located in Switzerland, Gambia, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Kenya, Burundi, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Palestine, Italy and Nepal. Further collaborations are planned. Our projects are financed by the sale of the unique Umuntu 'Revitalized Swiss Water'. 10 percent of every bottle sold goes directly to our international projects. We also have commercial and private sponsors. As a sponsor you get your own tree, which is planted in a third world country. Our projects are extremely diverse. The goal is to live the Umuntu philosophy - I am because we are. We carry out groundwater drilling with subsequent water filtration, permaculture, refugee projects, renewable and ecological energy systems, coaching on Ecopreneur and many other topics. Verband Kva Thurgau
Auf umweltfreundliche Art erzeugt die KVA Thurgau aus Abfällen Energie in Form von Wärme und Strom. Nebst dem Kehrichtkraftwerk betreibt der Verband KVA Thurgau Regionale Annahmezentren in Frauenfeld, Weinfelden, Hefenhofen und Kreuzlingen sowie die Sonderdeponie Kehlhof in Berg TG. Der Verband KVA Thurgau bietet ein rundum Sorglospaket für sämtliche Siedlungsabfälle aus Privathaushalten und dem Gewerbe und berät bei Fragen zur korrekten Entsorgung. Zudem werden Besucherrundgänge für Schulen, Vereine und Private sowie verschiedene Kompostkurse angeboten. In den Schulen finanziert der Verband Abfallunterricht stufengerecht in den Unter- und Mittelstufen. Das Kehrichtkraftwerk wird seit 1996 in Weinfelden betrieben. KVA haben eine Lebensdauer von 35-40 Jahren. Aus diesem Grund wird bereits die Ersatzanlage geplant mit der Vision einer Energiezentrale. Mehr Informationen unter

Der Verein Wald-Klimaschutz Schweiz setzt sich zum Ziel, bei Waldeigentümern und Forstbetrieben eine klimaoptimierte Waldbewirtschaftung zu fördern. Damit soll ein Beitrag zum Klimaschutz geleistet werden. Die dazu notwendigen Aufwendungen, Verzichte und Verpflichtungen werden kompensiert durch den Erlös aus dem Verkauf von CO2-Zertifikaten.
