Satrap Green Treatment

Nowadays, there are plenty of techniques known for the removal of nutrients from wastewater streams. However, the majority of these techniques are known to be highly costly and not as effective as needed. Phosphorous is one of the most important nutrients inside the water and wastewater streams. It is crucial for all living organisms. The phosphorous mines are scarce in the world and only a few countries are exporting their excessive phosphorous and it is considered as a major pollutant and a dangerous element for water bodies. Conventional wastewater treatment techniques are only capable of removing phosphorous from wastewater streams in form of sludge. This sludge is even more dangerous for the environment, due to its high concentration of phosphorous. Our technique is known to be the most influential and effective method of phosphorous removal so far. The technique highly benefits from the selling incomes of the by product and even higher phosphorous removal rate. In fact, through this technique the phosphorous content is recovered in the form crystals and pellets of struvite which known as a valuable and marketable slow-release fertilizer worldwide. The (Google) trends demonstrates that the human needs to food is going to be doubled or even more by 2060 and that is the main reason for the application of fertilizers, in order to get more products from limited land. This can be possible if the fertility rate of the lands and fields get increased. Our products (struvite) provides the plants and crops with the optimum amount of fertilizer they need for growth. There is no fertilizer-burn reported on case of struvite use worldwide. The pellets can survive up to months in contact with plants and provide them with nutrients they need. Moreover, our struvite is the product of a sustainable method in which the wastewater streams containing high concentrations of Nitrogen and Phosphorous are treated and the green product arises.
