The Polish Plastic Pact brings together companies and organizations related to the plastics value chain to work together to close the plastic cycle in Poland. The Pact aims to change the current model of using plastics in packaging on the Polish market towards a circular economy and announces 6 common goals for the members of the Pact until 2025. The initiative was created under the umbrella of the 17 Goals Campaign. The Pact is part of the global Plastics Pact network coordinated by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. It is the first such initiative in Central and Eastern Europe and the eighth national pact in the world. Soil Carbon

Soil Carbon focuses on fighting climate change by converting biological waste into biochar, a stable form of carbon that can be used in various industries to improve soil health or reduce the carbon footprint of construction materials. We aim to develop local waste management clusters that innovate in the disposal and conversion of sewage sludge into biochar and energy. Our process involves the transformation of sewage sludge into biochar using pyrolysis, effectively reducing waste volume and neutralizing pollutants. This process also generates carbon credits, which are tradable certificates that validate the removal of CO2 from the atmosphere, helping companies meet their carbon neutrality goals.

The Polish Cleaner Production Movement Association

For over 25 years we work on environmental protection in companies and other organisations, working out for them - and together with them - environmentally and economically beneficial solutions. In a special way we promote a modern environmental strategy recommended by the UNEP / UN - Cleaner Production (CP), which assumes continuous reduction of negative environmental impacts by preventing pollution and wastage of resources at the source. In recent years, we become also more ivolved in corporate social responsibility issues (CSR). Our organisation associates environmental experts, specialists and enthusiasts, experienced practitioners and scientists. We undertake educational activities (e.g."Clener Production Academy" – about half-a-year course with seminars/workshops, environmental review and design/implementation of a real pilot/demo environmental inprovement), information and publishing (including website and magazine "Cleaner Production and Eco-Management"), as well as consulting and implementations. We manage two registers for companies and other organisations, which are parts of the Polish System of Voluntary Environmental Agreements in the Polish CP Programme (CP EVA).
