We are a cooperative of milk producers with following goals : 1 : Hedging the milk price and feed cost on international dairy futures markets. 2 : Getting smarter in the dairy business and market The milk price is hedged by using existing futures such as milk powder, butter, whey powder and liquid milk. DLV (United Experts) has developed a smart hedging method with hedged prices referring to milk prices in the physical market. The MTC is working together with milk processors who want to hedge their milk prices as well. We have started our trading in Belgium and The Netherlands and are looking forward to dairy farmers in other EU countries as well.

We are seeking an operating environment that creates a truly European market for biostimulants and recognises their contribution to sustainable agriculture, green innovation, economic growth, the circular economy, bioeconomy, and other EU policy objectives. Deze eendagskuikens gaan naar vleeskippenhouders, waarna ze als slachtklare braadkippen verkocht worden aan slachterijen en handelaars. Alle broedeieren worden aangevoerd vanuit eigen vermeerderingsbedrijven of van bij gecontracteerde vermeerderaars. De opfok van de moederdieren is volledig in eigen beheer. Alle schakels vanaf de opfok van de moederdieren tot het houden van vleeskippen hebben een Belplume-erkenning. Belplume is het Belgisch kwaliteitssysteem in de productieketen ‘kip’ dat volledige traceerbaarheid, voedselveiligheid, milieubewustzijn en diervriendelijkheid garandeert en volledig uitwisselbaar is met het IKB-kwaliteitssysteem in Nederland.
