Ma Ferme
Cette coopérative est un facilitatrice, une "pépinière" pour l'entrepreneuriat rural et agricole. Elle met des infrastructures flexibles, de la visibilité et un maximum de synergies à disposition des entrepreneurs et porteurs de projet. Les projets qui s’y développent sont à vocation rurale et agricole. Ils sont inscrits dans le circuit-court et respectueux, de l'environnement et du voisinage. Les projets favorisent l’interaction entre eux, et avec leur filière d’activité locale. Ils sont à taille humaine, sans minimiser leur impact économique. Aujourd'hui plus de 10 équivalent temps-pleins ont été créés. Sont aujourd'hui en activité: deux artisans menuisiers, une petite école inclusive, de l’agritourisme, de l’élevage ovin, une fromagerie, du maraîchage, des grandes cultures, un verger de hautes-tiges, une artiste sculpteuse et une brasserie. Si certains projets le nécessitent, car leur modèle financier a besoin d'une structure forte, la coopérative peut s’y investir elle-même directement. C'est le cas du maraîchage. La coopérative veut par ses actions contribuer à créer des liens entre habitants et travailleurs de la campagne. Elle veut rejoindre les acteurs qui y créent de la vie et de l’économie, dans le respect de l'environnement. Pour poursuivre sa mission, la coopérative doit créer, animer et faire grandir une communauté active autour du circuit-court et du respect de l'environnement. Le financement participatif et coopératif sont pour cela un élément essentiel.

Het Nationaal Agrarisch Centrum vzw biedt diverse naschoolse opleidingen aan, voornamelijk in de land- en tuinbouw, maar ook informatica- en hippische opleidingen. Het NAC is de marktleider in het organiseren van bedrijfsleidersopleidingen in land- en tuinbouw in Vlaanderen. Deze opleiding wordt verdeeld in 2 clusters: het type A en B gedeelte. Het type A gedeelte omvat de wetgeving die voor alle bedrijfssectoren gelden zoals o.a. pacht, premie, mest- en milieuwetgeving. Het type B gedeelte is sectorgericht. De sectorspecifieke wetgeving wordt er toegelicht samen met heel wat praktische aspecten zoals o.a. stallenbouw, dierengeneeskundige ingrepen en teelttechnische aspecten. Naast bedrijfsleidercursussen organiseert het NAC ook tal van vergaderingen waar belangrijke, actuele onderwerpen door een vakspecialist worden toegelicht. De grootste revolutie van vandaag gebeurt echter in de informaticawereld. Een GPS en computer in de tractor wordt in de toekomst de standaard. Precisielandbouw bespaart brandstof, fytoproducten, meststoffen en arbeid. Daarenboven wordt ook onze bedrijfsadministratie meer en meer geautomatiseerd. De tijd met kasten vol administratie behoort stilaan tot het verleden. Het NAC vzw is mee met de informaticarevolutie. AREPO - Association of European Regions for Products of Origin AREPO is a network of REGIONS and PRODUCER ASSOCIATIONS that deals with EU quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs. The network was founded in May 2004 by 16 Regions from 6 European countries. · AREPO now represents 33 REGIONS from 8 different European countries and more than 700 producer associations, for over 60% of EU GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS. · The main objective of the network is to PROMOTE and DEFEND the interests of producers and consumers of European Regions involved in the VALORIZATION of QUALITY and ORIGIN products. Ms Begoña García Bernal, Regional Minister for Agriculture, Rural Development, Population and Territory of Extremadura, was elected President of AREPO in october 2021. The Secretary General, Laurent Gomez, leads and manages the network. AREPO’S MISSIONS ARE: In relation to regions: · TO DEFEND AND PROMOTE EU QUALITY SCHEMES: Geographical Indications, namely Protected Designation of Origin -PDO- and Protected Geographical Indications -PGI; Traditional Specialties Guaranteed -TSG; Organic Farming and Optional Quality Terms as “Mountain product” as tools for rural development and territorial planning; · TO SUPPORT AND STRENGTHEN the position of these quality schemes in the EU policies. In relation to producers: · TO PROTECT THE PRODUCERS guaranteeing the valorization and protection of their products on the European market, as well as in third countries; · The guarantee of good income conditions for producers; · Lobbying to ensure that quality finds its proper place within promotion policies. In relation to consumers: · TO PROTECT CONSUMERS through an appropriate and transparent communication. Moreover, lobbying activities of AREPO are enhanced by its participation in three Civil Dialogue Groups of the DG AGRI with two seats in the "quality and promotion" group, two seats in the "organic agriculture" group and one seat in the "rural development" group.

Bij de planten die u bij ons aankoopt geven wij graag advies. Hoe planten, waar planten, wanneer snoeien, waarmee combineren, gevoeligheden en eventueel bijkomende kenmerken van de plant. Alle planten worden door ons zelf gekweekt, we kennen hun kenmerken en hun eisen door en door, dit dankzij onze jarenlange ervaring. Vele van onze miniboompjes kunnen bijvoorbeeld ook perfect in een pot worden gehouden en hoeven de winter niet binnen door te brengen.

De Kollebloem is een biodynamische boerderij in Sint-Lievens-Esse (Herzele). Vanuit een passie voor landbouw en het levende telen we meer dan 40 soorten groenten voor de korte keten. Met een gepassioneerd team brengen we onze productie en visie naar meer dan 200 pakketabonnees, winkelklanten, B&B gasten en restaurants. Samen met onze collega's van De Vroente brengen we die ook naar onze coöperatieve winkel in Gent op de Lousbergmarkt. Voor bedrijven in Gent stellen we Fruit Op Het Werk pakketten samen die wekelijks met de fietskoeriers van Cargo Velo worden gebracht. Een meeting kan je als klein team boeken in onze yurt, we voorzien graag lunch en catering. In onze B&B kan je genieten van de rust en eenvoud op onze boerderij, met 's ochtends uitgebreid BIO ontbijt en een huisbereide lasagne voor 's avonds. Na meer dan 30 jaar pionieren in de biologische landbouw gaat De Kollebloem sinds 2018 een stapje verder als gecertificeerd biodynamisch met internationaal DEMETER keurmerk. Het familiebedrijf werd omgevormd tot coöperatieve, met jonge vennoten en personeelsleden om de toekomst van de boerderij verder te ontwikkelen. NestBorn is a revolutionary on-farm hatching concept with focus on broiler welfare and sustainability. Without need for specific installations or investments in the broiler house, pre-hatched eggs are gently placed in a natural litter bed. A unique “real-time” monitoring platform of the egg shell temperature in the broiler house allows that farmer and hatchery can team up in order to create optimal broiler house conditions and optimal performance of the hatching process. The result are robust chicks which hatched from the eggs in natural & stress-free conditions and which have direct access to feed and water.
