They would be hygienically processed and packaged into cassava starch, cassava flour, cassava chips, cassava leaf powder and animal feed and sold in the upmarket suburbs of Ghana and exported to other countries. The farm would produce 20 tons of cassava starch/flour, 5 tons of cassava chips, 1 tons of cassava leaf powder a day and would be registered with Fair Trade and products certified by GLOBALG.A.P.
