South Plains Precision Ag, Inc
SPPA is a vibrant young company exploring the horizons of agricultural productivity by helping farmers adopt high-tech agronomic solutions. SPPA is a bridge building company. We don’t make the structures that allow vehicles to cross water, but we do offer products and services that help local producers bridge the gap between traditional and precision agriculture. As our economy continues to evolve, farmers must find the most economical and efficient means to produce their crops. Realizing that technology offers many tools to accomplish this task, many growers are often intimidated by making the change into using more computerized equipment. SPPA works hard to help growers find tools that make their operation more profitable and then learn how to use them. We truly believe in American agriculture and want to make sure that growers on the Southern Plains are here tomorrow producing food and fiber as major players in that economy. If you are looking for a partner that has the tools and resources to help guide your farm into the future, look no further than South Plains Precision Ag.

Stemple Creek Ranch
Stemple Creek Ranch is a 4th generation family owned and operated organic ranch in Marin County, CA. We practice environmentally responsible carbon farming to raise our 100% grass-fed & finished beef, lamb and pasture raised pork. Our goal is to work in harmony with Mother Nature to promote optimal biodiversity that ensures the long term health and productivity of the ranch. Most of our pastureland is Certified Organic, and our free range Angus beef and lamb are 100% grass fed and grass finished. We rotationally graze our stock on open pasture from birth to harvest. They are never supplemented with grains, corn, or soy, and never receive artificial hormones, growth promotants, or antibiotics. Our pigs are humanely raised in large outdoor pens where they enjoy a vegetarian diet with plenty of room to socialize and express natural behaviors. Our animals never see a feed lot. Ever. Our history in Marin County began over a century ago when Angelo Poncia immigrated to the remote outpost of Fallon from his native Italy. The dairy he originally established on this land survived for three successive generations. Today, Stemple Creek Ranch is proudly run by Angelo’s great-grandson Loren, and his wife Lisa, who have reinvented the family business with a vision for raising superior quality grass fed and finished meats.

We love what we do and take great interest in providing beautiful surroundings in which to educate our guests about the Cucurbit family. Numerous premier displays, over hardy mums, various mazes and gardens grace the grounds. We exhibit our love for diversity, through not only plants, but animals- featuring several goats, pigs, exotic chickens, rabbits, a llama and an alpaca. Thresher Artisan Wheat
At Thresher Artisan Wheat, we provide high-grade, quality wheat for demanding consumer food ingredients, all while improving our grower’s yields in an environmentally and financially sustainable way. Thresher was formed after Agspring’s acquisition of the former General Mills grain operations in Newdale, Blackfoot, American Falls, Rockford, Idaho Falls and Pocatello, ID. We pride ourselves in our long-standing history as a vital partner in Idaho’s wheat supply chain. Retaining 100 percent of the employees and their expertise, Agspring ensured continuation of existing regional and industry-wide partnerships with seed suppliers and producers. Thanks to these deep roots, we’re able to purchase high-yield varieties of wheat at sustainable prices and efficiently facilitate supply chain integration with producers and milling partners. Wheat is viewed as an ingredient at Thresher, not as a commodity like many in our industry do. Providing seeds to produce consistent, high-quality, high-performance wheat is our highest priority. Considered one of the largest Identity Preserved programs in the U.S, more than 90 percent of the grain purchased through our facilities is identity preserved. From careful seed selection and stringent testing to cleaning, conditioning and storage, our commitment to quality and consistency ensures that our grain will best accomplish our customers’ needs year after year.
