Thepa Popcorn

That is why the quality of our popcorn has set the standard. Thepa popcorn is produced on the banks of the Orange River near the Vanderkloof Dam, where the soil is rich and fertile. We procure only the best imported hybrid cultivars and have handpicked local farmers to grow our popcorn free from genetically modified organisms (non-GMO). Our agronomic approach and services to our farmers ensure the best processes are selected for increasing the quality and production of crops. Everything from the irrigation to the planting of crops is monitored. We use GPS precision farming planters to accurately plant the required number of seed per hectare at the exact correct depth and width. When the popcorn is harvested, it is taken to a silo system before it goes to our cleaning facility. The Thepa standard ensures that every part of the manufacturing process produces the best quality popcorn in the country. The colour, size and inherent qualities of our kernels are simply unmatched.
