Ziswa Bydand Farm is a subsidiary of the Valentine Tinodyanavo Ziswa Family Trust and is a privately owned 520ha diversified farm located on the 149km peg, on the Mutare Rd highway. Primary production is tobacco, maize, groundnuts as well as livestock. The farm annually produces rotated dry and irrigated tobacco catering to the export market. It also produces numerous grain products for local and national sales distribution. Ziswa Bydand Farm rears paddock cattle, sheep, goats for meat purposes and is currently trialing bream (tilapia) production for local and national sales distribution. Employing over 100 personnel the farm is self sustaining in its personnel within the farm with quality accommodation, sanitary and health amenities (including a clinic), retail shops, football and sporting parks, clubs as well as many other facilities.
