Teolai Design
Teolai Design is premium large scale floral art, printed on the iconic Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm with archival inks. Designing a quality of coziness & comfortable being. Based in Vancouver, BC. Danaea (photographer, left) and Sarah (floral designer, righ) set out to create art that brings florals and foliage into your home in an architectural and artfully driven way. Bringing the outdoors in through themed collections in limited release. The organic and imperfect nature of a bloom or stem brings warmth and character to a space. Teolai Design was founded in 2020. A year of many challenges and long days spent indoors. Many of us nested a little more, rearranged our homes and some started full on renovation projects. The importance of a comfortable space to soothe the soul was highlighted. Perhaps it was our desire to control what we could while many things crumbled around us or maybe some people were simply seeking a better backdrop for Zoom. It was a hard year that was in need of a little extra beauty.

Distorted Paintings
Tiffany Pilon is a contemporary painter and sculptor born on January 7th, 1989 in Quebec, Canada. She has studied arts & communication program at Montmorency College and performed theater & cinema at Lassalle Conservatory. One day to another as a waitress, she decided to quit her job to mainly focus her attention in visual art and make a living out of her paintings by the very beginning of 2012. As an experimenter at that time, she was working her three dimensional approach on canvas by exploring many different materials to produce an exaggerated and sophisticated effect while diving in the depth of textures which led her to create her personal sculptural technique that is still remaining today. Her life and her art, is now a transition from anger to joy, from roughness to sensitivity and from aggressiveness to calmness while she communicates the contrast between light and darkness. She shortly started to exhibit her artworks with the collaboration of many associates such as the Prader-Willi Association for The Majestic Golf Tournament (Rawdon, 2012), with Automobilart for the Formula 1 Grand Prix ’13 (Montreal, 2013) and Rally Maya (Mexico, 2017), with Gallery 203 for Old-Montreal’s District Society (Montreal, 2013), in addition to Veuve Clicquot for the Yelloweek (Montreal, 2013) and YellowArt (Toronto, 2014), the association with Hotel Le Crystal for her collection The Museum's Spectra (Montreal, 2013), with Brocollini for Distorted Paintings Artistic Series (Montreal, 2013), with Hotel Europa for The White Entrance (Montreal, 2013), with Venice Art House for The Labyrinth (Italy, 2015), with Opus Eventi for ArtMonaco ’15 (Monaco, 2015), with Château Taillefer Lafon for Artistic Royalties (Laval, 2016) and many more. In 2016, she collaborated amongst science teachers of the University De Montreal for art & technology in relation to quantum energy as a direction to new inventions, special effect and futurist entertainment projects.

Perception Art & Design
I am an artist in every sense of the word. While the majority of my talents lie in the visual, my love for art spans all forms - visual, music, theater, spoken word, written word. I first realized my passion at the age of 3 when I decided my bedroom wall was the best place for a crayon mural. My parents weren't as appreciative of my masterpiece, and after hours spent cleaning it off, I learned a hard lesson about canvas choice. I did, however, get encouraged at a very young age to embrace my creativity and use it every chance I could. In the 4th and 5th grades, I was selling drawings of various wildlife for $0.25 to my friends in the school yard (creative AND entrepreneurial). In the 6th grade, I had a drawing put into a calendar and my anti-smoking poster won a contest. In 7th grade, I had designed my school's yearbook cover. At the age of 16, I received my first commissioned job (a mural in a restaurant) and had my first photograph published in an annual anthology. By the time I had entered high school, art was so much a part of me that I enrolled in every creative course the school could offer. I learned more about myself and the various mediums that I could create in, and developed a deeper appreciation for the time and commitment required to put out a solid, quality piece. Aside from high school art courses, I am entirely self-taught. I am my own worst critic, as we all are. But I love how creating makes me feel, so despite thinking that my work is sub-par, I still continue to create for those who will ask me to do it. I hope you find something you enjoy here, and please feel free to reach out if you have a project in mind.
