The Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG (short name: Provadis Hochschule) was founded in 2003 as a nationally accredited university of applied sciences. Its foundation traces back to the part-time university courses at the former Hoechst AG, which were established in 1965. The Provadis Hochschule focuses on candidates who are interested in directly applying theoretical learnings to practical work questions. Lectures and courses are held during one weekday evening and on Saturdays, thus offering students the possibility to acquire a university degree while holding a full-time job. The university offers the following dual-education degree models: • Study + Work (in combination with a full-time job) • Study + Practice (in combination with a long-term internship) • Study + Education (in combination with an apprenticeship) Currently the university offers four bachelors and two masters degree programs, which are attended by approximately students. Bachelors in: • Chemical Engineering • Biopharmaceutical Science • Business Information Management • Business Administration (regular 7 semester curriculum + 4 semester curriculum for pre-qualified candidates) Masters in: • Chemical Engineering • Technology & Management • Business Management The Provadis Hochschule also leads a company-specific Bachelor Class Business Administration program exclusively for Deutsche Telekom in Darmstadt and Bonn, as well as a Bachelor Course Chemical Engineering in collaboration with the Employer’s Association Northeast Chemistry in Berlin. The dual model, which integrates: university studies and professional practice; the close alignment of the companies involved; and an extremely low drop-out rate (4%) demonstrates the benefits of studying at Provadis Hochschule. More than 600 students who graduated over the past 10 years have successfully shown that a dual-education degree can be attained with a minimum investment of time.

University Of Augsburg
The University of Augsburg campus is one of the most congenial places to study in Germany. Situated near the city centre of Augsburg, the campus is spacious without being overwhelming. The modern buildings, functional and yet architecturally appealing, blend into a landscaped park with grassy areas, a lake, fountains and several sculptures by contemporary artists. The concentration of the academic buildings on one site simplifies the day-to-day working of the university while encouraging communication. Die Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg ist die erste staatliche duale Hochschule in Deutschland. Mit Studierenden ist sie zugleich die größte Hochschule Baden-Württembergs und bringt im bundesweiten Vergleich pro Jahr die meisten Absolvent*innen hervor. Die am 1. März 2009 gegründete Hochschule führt das seit über 45 Jahren erfolgreiche duale Modell der früheren Berufsakademie Baden-Württemberg fort. Gemeinsam mit ausgewählten Unternehmen und sozialen und gesundheitsnahen Einrichtungen, die als so genannte Duale Partner Mitglieder der Hochschule sind, verbindet die DHBW an zwei Lernorten Theorie und Praxis. Durch den Wechsel zwischen Theorie- und Praxisphasen erwerben die Studierenden im dualen Bildungsmodell neben fachlichem und methodischem Wissen praktisches Erfahrungswissen sowie die im Berufsalltag erforderliche Handlungs- und Sozialkompetenz. Theorie- und Praxisinhalte sind dabei eng aufeinander abgestimmt und beziehen aktuelle Entwicklungen in Wirtschaft, Technik und Gesellschaft in die Lehrpläne ein. Die Dualen Partner wählen die Studierenden selbst aus, schließen mit ihnen einen dreijährigen Vertrag und bieten ihnen über die gesamte Studiendauer hinweg eine monatliche, fortlaufende Vergütung. An zwölf Standorten bietet die DHBW gemeinsam mit ihren Dualen Partnern Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge an und sorgt für einen exzellent und bedarfsgerecht qualifizierten Fachkräftenachwuchs in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Technik, Sozialwesen und Gesundheit. Die in den Praxisphasen erbrachten Leistungen sind integrativer Bestandteil des Studiums.
