Foster Care In The U.S. Inc
Foster Care In The U.S. Inc, established and incorporated in 2016, works to change the outcomes of marginalized populations of youth and young adults with a goal of ending youth homelessness in the communities that we serve. Our instrument of change is the IATT Project. The IATT (I Am Tomorrow Today) Project provides dedicated service interventions to address youth homelessness. The project focuses on: Employment, Development, Preparedness, Leadership, and Empowerment. We specifically, intentionally, serve marginalized populations of Homeless, Transitional Foster Care, and At-Risk, youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24. Utilizing public and private donations, and public and private grants, we were able to expand our program to include the creation of dedicated housing for homeless youth in 2022. The historical IATT House is the first and only existing Transitional Supportive Housing home in Evansville, IN which targets and serves Category 1 homeless youth. Homeless youth live in the IATT House for up to three years while they work on the barriers hindering upward mobility.

Charisma's Heart
Founded in 2024, Charisma’s Heart was envisioned as a housing-focused organization committed to helping women recover and transition to a thriving state by offering a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, empowerment, and community. Our mission targets families experiencing financial strain due to low income, homelessness, or other economic hardships, compounded by the effects of domestic violence or trauma. Additionally, we support individuals who find themselves in a challenging position where their income is too high to qualify for typical government assistance programs, yet too low to comfortably afford essential needs. Our goal is to bridge this gap by offering affordable and accessible residential care options tailored to the unique needs of families facing financial challenges. We strive to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where women and children can access the care and assistance they need to thrive.

Triphammer Cooperative
This is the official LinkedIn page for Triphammer Cooperative – the edgyest, veggiest, iciest certified yutes on the corner of Triphammer and Jessup Road. Built in 1912, the big blue house originally housed a Sigma Kappa chapter. In 1956, the all-white sorority offered membership to Barbara Collier Delany––an African American. National headquarters gave them an ultimatum: reject the new pledge, or get shut down. Members of the local chapter refused to kick out Delaney, and the sorority was continued to as an independent sorority. In 1964, the house transformed into a student-run, women's cooperative. Triphammer Cooperative eventually became co-ed in the late 1990's. Today, it is home to 20 undergraduate and graduate students.

Heartset Training Center
Heartset Training Center believes the work of ending homelessness is inseparable from the larger project of ending white supremacy. We hope to challenge stigma by facilitating critical and structural analyses of the power dynamics of care work, examining the ways our care reflects and reinforces the harmful societal power dynamics that led to the need for our services in the first place. We want to inspire helpers and organizations to close the gap between ourselves, and those in need of support. Our aim is to facilitate the mindset, skill set, and perhaps most importantly, the heartset necessary to do the relational work that is required of helpers seeking to end homelessness.
